The interface of this product was very user friendly, it had all features I needed for my business needs in one place so there were no questions as far as functionality goes! There are some minor bugs but nothing too big or frequent enough where they would make me stop using their service completely (which we have not found yet).

They do offer free support if something does go wrong however once your trial expires then its up to them how much help /support/training will be offered after purchase time has passed since activation date etc.. If someone wants an easy way out with keeping track of employee's hours spent working - use digitaltimecapture instead!! Their customer care team helps resolve any issues immediately without waiting days until next scheduled call which can happen sometimes when dealing directly wtih salespeople from different companies who don't always communicate well together.- Easy tracking- Keeps records organized.
