Waste of money on cell phones

HUGE LOSS OF TIME AND MONEY! I spent hours with TMobile tech support to verify what is wrong with this cell phone that is NOT making or receiving calls. The SIM card works in another unlocked phone. This cell phone is an insult to all intelligence. That does not work. I can't make or receive calls. It says it is compatible with TMobile but there is no service because connecting to TMobile towers does not recognize this type of cellphone. I bought it to make basic phone calls and I don't even enjoy doing it. WASTE OF MONEY
