The ability for users of all roles (including non-technical) can easily access their chat history, allowing them greater insight into how they are being perceived by customers through comments or questions posted via livechat over time. I would like it if there were more options available when replying within 'quick replies' i.e., auto reply option or other prewritten responses could be added which save you having too look up your conversation later? It's good because everyone has seen something different happen while using LiveChat; however this makes keeping track across various platforms difficult unless someone manages to use tags correctly / consistently. The best thing about clodoot, it's easy for anyone who has basic knowledge of chatbot technology can use this easily without any training or support required by their side! I dislike that sometimes when you are typing something into your conversation box nothing happens but if you click again then everything comes up fine. It helps me solve my customers' problems as well as help them find what they need quickly with ease.
