Review on Zendesk - great for support purposes

I like that it's very easy for reps, managers or admins with no IT background at all can use this tool without having any issues managing tickets/bugs submitted by their own team members as well other teams involved (eg customers). There are many aspects such users may miss when they have been using another ticketing system which we've found quite difficult due its nature of being an external platform rather than internal software running within our servers themselves - however these benefits…

  • Its user interface allows anyone from beginner levels through experts in computing technology be happy whilst working effectively together at ease instead just wasting time looking around trying figure stuffs until eventually giving up & moving onto alternative products available online today

Excellent customer service tool and very useful in many ways

The ability for users of all roles (including non-technical) can easily access their chat history, allowing them greater insight into how they are being perceived by customers through comments or questions posted via livechat over time. This data provides great insights that allow us as marketers/customer support agents to respond effectively with our own content at key points during conversations - so we don't have an unhelpful response hanging around! I would like it if there were more…
