I like that it's very easy for reps, managers or admins with no IT background at all can use this tool without having any issues managing tickets/bugs submitted by their own team members as well other teams involved (eg customers). There are many aspects such users may miss when they have been using another ticketing system which we've found quite difficult due its nature of being an external platform rather than internal software running within our servers themselves - however these benefits outweighs them so far! The fact you're able easily pick up most functions if needed makes life much easier too compared what some companies do otherwise where there comes complications later down-the line should your requirements change even after purchasing said product(which happens!). I like that it has many features, however there isn't anything specific about this platform which makes me love using them over other platforms out here! However because of all their different aspects they are not really easy for beginners or non-techy people who don’t know how things work well with programs etc but i think if you learn everything properly then its ok as long at your computer savvy enough so no problems!
