I like that they are constantly improving their product by listening directly from customers via surveys or feedback sessions in meetings with users of albcross.

It's good for companies who don't have many resources yet want an amazing CRM system available at affordable rates without much investment needed upfront! Not anything too particular since there is nothing i dislike about it currently other than maybe some minor bugs which aren;t really issues but could be considered "enhancements" as well!! For me personally this software has allowed our team within my organization (an education center) so far better communication between all departments whether internal marketing/social media department etc-etc-.
