I have been using this towel set for 8 months and have found so many uses that I ordered another set 6 months ago. All my old cotton towels are retired. I can't believe it took me so long to find her! They are excellent for cleaning stainless steel appliances, granite and Corian countertops and chrome fixtures. I keep a pile in the kitchen for mopping up spilled countertops, quick touch-ups on my white cabinets, and drying dishes. I also keep them in bathrooms to keep countertops free from water stains and in the shower to wipe down the walls after showering. They are ideal for cleaning windows because they are absorbed very well and then dry very quickly. Mine have been washed many times and are holding up well. Colors are slightly faded and edges curl up a little when coming out of the dryer. But no holes or scratches. They've shrunk a bit and are now 15 x 15.5, but that's enough for my purposes. If you're still using cotton hand towels and tea towels, I highly recommend you try them.
