Worst juicer I have ever used. The Angel Juicer was out of stock so I decided to buy this when they upgraded their gears to stainless steel; At first the ends looked like plastic. I live on a tropical island, so it was interesting for me to make my own juice from all kinds of fruits with a better machine than before. You can't do that with this juicer! The tolerance between the gears and the strainer is too large, so it can't build enough pressure to extract the juice through the strainer, turning the keg into a thick mush, especially soft fruits. Removing the end set screw doesn't help and buying a berry fruit screw is a waste of time. In addition, the juice ran through the joints and caused a mess. Once you get to that point, you should take it apart and try to keep as much of the fruit as possible. I contacted the manufacturer and asked what the gap between the gear and the screen should be, thinking mine might break. She was a record broken and told me to alternate between soft and hard fruit. After explaining that I was trying to make coconut milk and cream, passion fruit juice, mango puree, etc. and not mixed juices, she repeated the method of making alternately hard and soft, but never specifically said he couldn't do that. , what I need. Few things are sent directly to my island, so we had to use the services of a freight forwarder. I can't go through them anymore so I had to pay an extra $84 to get this useless car back. They refunded my money minus the shipping cost but claim they are still waiting for my return even with USPS Shipment Confirmation. Very frustrating. The real and original Angel Juicer (not the Super Angel Juicer which was only distributed in the US) is available now, so spend more money and buy it.
