Easy to use with timers
I really like this product. I use it for cutting mushrooms. I like the even slices that come with it, but you'll need to halve or quarter larger mushrooms to fit the unit. He quickly cuts her. I cook more mushrooms with this appliance. I also use it to chop olives for salads, which works great. The locking mechanism makes it easy to store. I had a wire cut that broke after 2 mushrooms. This has been going on for over 6 months and is still going on.
