This little guy is really cute and does way more than I anticipated. For the price, I was expecting a rather watered down version of what is show on the video. It really does a lot. My 3 yr old grandson (the only opinion that counts to my thinking) declared it an "awesome toy"! The remote is still a bit complicated for him and It's a bit tiny for my old eyes, but I think we'll both get better at it.Volume control is much appreciated and the music is cute, but I noticed I was humming one of its songs (jury is out on whether that is good or bad :<) It does work on both hardwood floors and carpet, but has a bit of difficulty with the transitions.Can't speak to longevity or durability yet, but my initial impression is that seeing grandson's delight is definitely worth the price.
