I love that it's easy to use! It is very simple to set up so all your employees can utilize this tool without having any training needed. Also really like how easy it keeps track with time spent in each section as well as other actions taken within that area - great way for tracking metrics across teams or departments. The interface could be improved (it does look dated). My biggest issue has been trying to make sure everyone uses this system consistently by creating different reports/sections but not allowing them access unless they are allowed via policy. There have also been some issues with data syncing from my end which makes me nervous when someone else tries using our platform who isn't able to see their own work because there is an old version somewhere out there floating around. We've found it useful in terms of keeping tabs on team activities, employee productivity, managing customer service inquiries etc.- we're even considering adding more sections such as internal communications / reporting. The best feature is that it has many options, so I can easily access all my services with one application. It's very easy to use. If you have more than one account you will need to make sure that your accounts are synced. You will be able to keep track of everything you do in one place. I would recommend this program because when you have more than one account you don't have to log out or change between different sites. It helps me to be organized and keep everything in one place.
