Can't believe I haven't used them for work all this time. I use them for work, work at the local university admissions office and speak to students regularly every day. , as well as communicating with other employees via Microsoft Teams (since we all work remotely). This headset has a button on one ear that opens Teams, which is a great feature I wasn't aware of. The noise cancellation is pretty good and the charging dock that comes with the headset might be my favorite thing as I don't have to actively plug it in and it looks better than just sitting on my desk. I haven't used them for music, so I can't talk to the music controller on the other ear. I like that the mute button is on the bottom of the mic where it can't be accidentally pressed. There is an indicator around the edges of the USB port to show if your mic is in use or muted, which I really like. When you turn on the headset, you'll see how many hours of battery life you have and what it's connected to. This is very important for me so I know if the charge will last until the end of my shift or not, but they seem to charge quickly. I kept them in the base for about an hour and they got an additional 5 hours of talk time. I regularly get up and away from my computer when I'm talking and haven't had any connection issues. For reference, my house is about 1200 square meters. ft. .The sound quality is also excellent. Overall, I'm glad I spent the extra money on what appeared to be a reliable and quality product.
