I have a Dodge Avenger model car and the recurring error is something like "Intake Manifold Error", basically a sensor/controller/switch that opens and closes the throttle bodies on the engine. Let the air flow in and out. One of the auto shops I frequent for oil changes gave me a couple of technical calls which sounded like an upsell tactic to me that the part costs over $80 and the installation is a decent labor fee. Well after some research I found that the installation was a lot easier than it seemed and for the sake of convenience I'm re-ordering this part online. Received it fairly quickly and made friends with better tools than me to easily install it. If you have the tools and the time, this can save you a lot of money.
