The integration with Magento was seamless, they were able to help us get our data from multiple sources into one platform very quickly which allowed us to focus more time on analysis of this complex dataset in order to optimize customer journeys.

We are still using them as we have not found an alternative at present however I would strongly recommend their product because it does give you control over your own insights without having someone else do all that work for you! They helped me identify problems within my database by providing reports showing where issues exist both internally (Magento) but also externally (eCommerce platforms). This has given insight that helps drive improvements across channels including improving website UX/UI. I like how easy it was to set up my account, as well as managing all of our data in one place! It's so helpful that we can see exactly what products are selling best (or worst) at each time period or date range - even if they're not currently available through Amazon FBA inventory management system yet!! We have found this tool essential when trying out new items with limited success before committing more capital into them by launching an entire product line!
