They have easy to use tools which gives us all what we need, from A/B testing feature in landing pages up till full conversion analysis of customer behavior after visiting our website! Nothing I dislike about them so far - they are an excellent service with affordable price plan (which i like!). Very professional team behind this tool has done great job at creating intuitive user interface that makes you feel right home using their product. Great support as well when needed!! The integration with Magento was seamless, they were able to help us get our data from multiple sources into one platform very quickly which allowed us to focus more time on analysis of this complex dataset in order to optimize customer journeys. We are still using them as we have not found an alternative at present however I would strongly recommend their product because it does give you control over your own insights without having someone else do all that work for you!
