Perfect for Royal Icing Cookies
I love this tool. It came with a cap, and is super easy to use and clean. I bought it to help me make decorated cookies and it helped me smooth out my royal icing well. It was my first time and I couldn't have done it without this tool. It pops the air bubbles easily and spread the icing to the desired spot. Highly suggest this apart of your pastry tools.
