Works on 2021 Mercedes MBUX. It does not begin? Try it.

Reviewed February 2021 If you buy this and plug it into your car and it won't turn on (no light on the key) it's because you plugged in the wrong end. The narrow side of the cable (USBC end) MUST BE CONTAINED IN THE KEY BOX. The other large side (USBA end) should go into your machine. If your car only has a USBC connector (like a modern Mercedes with MBUX), you need to buy a separate USBA female to USBC male adapter like this one https://www.amazon.com/nonda-Adapter-Thunderbolt- Aluminum- Indicator/ dp/B015Z7XE0A/ref=sr_1_9?dchild=1&keywords=usba+to+usbc+adapter&qid=1613532730&sr=8-9 I am happy to confirm that this product works great with 2021 MBUX, at least on my Mercedes GLC! I'll let you know after a few weeks of use if I find any bugs etc.
