Review on Norpro 1013 Batter Dispenser by Shelia Thomas

I chose these to give more consistency in batter size and amount (measuring lines are very handy) for my muffins, muffins and pancakes which are very good. The dispenser itself has proven itself after 4 months of use with 2-3 times a week use. After many trips in the dishwasher, the seal in the bottom has not deformed and seals perfectly. The dimension lines didn't fade at all and the plastic stayed clean, like new. Also, the airtight lid is very handy for storing the dough for the next day. For what it is (batter dispenser) I'm very happy with it, but having said this, one thing should be noted: don't try to mix in it. You can't get to all areas inside to stir, you'll end up with lumps if you do (that was a pain). If the batter is too watery, it will slowly drip through the seal (I messed it up in the photo below).
