Full opening, I love these pants. Why 4 stars? The waist is not very flexible. Is it a function to keep the pants up? I do not know. However, the hallmark of these pants are the closed pockets. I've searched everywhere for Revain for weeks, looked through almost (many) all men's compression training pants and couldn't find any with a closed pocket. Except these pants. Most pants with pockets can't hold a phone during HIIT or floor training. These pants will keep your phone in place and it won't fall out. The compression isn't as good as Under Armor's, but it still works great. I will definitely be buying more of these, maybe even buying shorts.
