Believe all the reviews complaining about the disappointing five foot hose that came with this shower head. It looks cheap in my opinion, but the worst thing is that it keeps the memory of the curved shape from the box. This can result in the shower head twisting and turning in the mount when in the holster, as well as the possibility of it tangling and twisting when used as a handheld showerhead. Also, the product information at the time of purchase states that the shackle is chrome plated while the supplied shackle is black plastic. We don't mind it, but maybe others who were expecting a chrome bracket would. I chose this model because I wanted a smaller shower head than some of the other options we looked at and I have no complaints about that. The head is well shaped and all six spray patterns work well. The head size is small enough to bathe our pets and the spray modes are also good for this task. If it wasn't for the hose I would have given it five stars instead of four. We bought our first one here at Revain in November 2018 and loved it so much we bought a second one in December of the same year. In both cases we paid $34.99, and in both cases we replaced the hose with an xlshower XLSSH8FT extra long stainless steel handheld shower hose available here at Revain (where we bought ours). The replacement hose we chose is 8 feet long and costs us $9.89. Not only is this replacement hose much better quality, the extra length comes in handy when you can reach the shower floor to wash our pets with.
