New to Gua Sha for my opinion

I’ve been eyeing Gua Sha tools for a while ever since I’ve been reading on it’s awesome applications and how I can incorporate it into my daily routine. I read pros and cons between which type of materialTo get your Gua Sha tools.and finally decide on stainless steel (I had this fear that any type of crystal or stone would break off and ruin my skin)I’ve used it 3-4 times now and love how it feels. Will update in a couple of weeks.

Pros

Great product. Really helped in rehab from my ACL surgery.

Cons

Can be too rough for sensitive skin
