Review on 📀 UEME Portable DVD Player with 10.1-Inch HD Swivel LCD Screen, Car Headrest Mount Holder, Remote Control, Rechargeable Battery (Blue) by Aaron Stewart

Purchased in September for a disabled daughter (visual and cognitive impairment) for use when travelling. She loves videos and always has one in the background. We used it for a plane trip to visit her brother in Salt Lake City and for our annual Snowbird trip 4 days by car and another 2-3 months in a temporary home (not ours). We wanted her to have a DVD player so the TVs in the rented house wouldn't be a target when she was playing pranks. This player is easy to use, pretty solid considering how she handles things, and has a big enough screen for her. to see her video. We can rotate the screen (or close it over the controls) so she doesn't accidentally press buttons to pause or change settings. It attaches to the headrest in both of our cars and has a remote control so we don't have to pull it out of its holder while driving. The volume is sufficient for your own DVD player. The battery life is good, 4 hours or more. DVD players (or televisions) don't have it easy. To be honest, when I bought this I didn't expect it to last a few weeks at most. . She drags him from room to room to room and moves all day long. When irritated/frustrated she tends to knock things over (like TVs) or throw something portable behind the bed or sofa - just to let the world know how irritated she is I guess. Of course, it was the DVD player's turn, as the item fell out when we didn't see their intentions fast enough. The screen eventually failed (after some pretty rough banging on the wall behind the sofa here). Despite the recent demise of their first player (I've already ordered a new one - the same model) I would recommend it to anyone with "more typical" kids or even one like mine. It would be helpful to ensure the player is closed prior to any "expected" rough handling.
