They are beautifully made but the packaging was TERRIBLE. The item arrived broken and a few other loose parts broke after we installed it. The glue used was very cheap and didn't stick well. I fixed one part and the other fell off. Also, the holes drilled in the characters' hands holding the staves weren't big enough or pointed in the right direction to be pushed through easily. One of them is completely wrong. If they spent a few more minutes wrapping it properly and improved the glue used, this would be a much better product.
