The best thing about xemplas is its ability of tracking all assets in real time which helps us monitor our asset health status at any given point of times as well track overall performance metrics like uptime or downtime etc., I also liked how easy it was when we wanted add new features by just logging into their support portal with my credentials they were able resolve within minutes without asking me anything! Also there are so many integrations available out here but not sure if you can use those outside your organization's network too? We have been using this product since last 2 years now & i am very happy working under such an amazing team who always tries hard solving problems related to IT infrastructure management issues!! Realtime monitoring system has helped reduce costs associated w/ maintaining equipment through predictive analytics (data driven approach).
