Simple and very useful
I bought it to move to a new apartment by myself. I only had to carry dressers and bed frames 10 or 15 feet from the truck to the door, and then I could easily move them across the floor without damaging the floor at all. I left some under the furniture while trying to decide where to move the bookshelves and dressers. I could move it across the room and back if I didn't like it there, and I hardly had to push it.
