I have used this at my work where I deliver cookies to every guest in several lodges and lodges. I was carrying a handmade wooden box that weighed no more than 35 pounds. It's definitely not made for rough terrain. Everything worked fine on a good flat surface. It's definitely very easy. The wheels are very small, making it easy to hold on to fine gravel. The wheels need to be further apart as too much weight on either side can easily tip over. Built-in bungee cord is a nice touch. I sent it back anyway as it wasn't enough for my purposes. It says it can carry 70 pounds but I would be very careful if I tried! I have one with 3 wheels on each side for going up and down stairs. Thats much better.
