There's nothing quite like these fan clutch removal tools. I spent hours arguing with the fan clutch pulley and nut. Needless to say I lost. This only took two minutes. The holes on this one are too small for 13mm screw heads. The trick with 13mm bolts (like mine) is to remove two adjacent bolts from the water pump pulley and thread the tool onto the pulley exactly where you removed the two bolts. Screw in the screws flush. It's not necessary to turn it, but you can destroy the screw's threads too deeply if you don't insert it all the way. Then take a large adjustable wrench or pliers. Push the clutch tool clockwise while moving it counterclockwise with a wrench or pliers. This should require a fair amount of force, but not too much. Once you feel the nut is loose you can do the rest by hand. By the way, all this is much easier if you first remove the radiator, but this is not necessary. The instrument itself is of good quality. . Beautifully finished and smoothed. Let's face it, it's not hard to drill two holes and a curved notch in a thick piece of flat metal and add a rubber grip.
