The item is beautiful and once assembled it looks exactly like the picture. However, this design is poor here, making assembly difficult and frustrating. The cam lock holes that the cam bolts enter and snap into are offset, making it nearly impossible for the bolt heads to snap into place. If you don't catch it, nothing will hold the pieces together, so you'll have to make it work. If you push it (mostly by bending the cam lock) it will cause the wood on the other side to buckle and break. Luckily all my tears are on the inside so it doesn't ruin the look but it definitely shouldn't be. they just go back and forth. I could only pin down a few of them. Parts "7" and "8" (sides/legs) came pre-assembled with cam bolts and cam locks, but for some reason they were loose and could not be tightened. Let's hope the product stays strong. Even if you hate styrofoam, don't buy it. The box is loaded with dirty, static, noisy, earth-destroying styrofoam, enough to fill three full garbage bags. The manufacturer could learn something from IKEA furniture. Everything is nicely organized and labeled making them easy to find and follow directions. If you manage to put it all together the whole piece looks just like the pictures and seems solid enough.
