The covers are very snug but easy to fit. However, due to the tight fit, it was a bit more difficult and fiddly to remove the key fob from the cover (remember changing the battery). The lids appear to be well made and even have a notch on the back for a padlock, separating the key from the fob. There's also a small hole in the front so you can see a small LED that lights up when you press a button on the fob. Unfortunately, one of the lids didn't have that little hole, so pressing the button closes the light. I can probably live with that, but I can try to make the hole myself. I've only had keyfobs for a day+, so I can't comment on how long they will last or if the (white) printed button icons will stay legible any longer.
