The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

I almost didn’t use the headphones and they broke (they just didn’t turn on) after 1.5 years! Almost brand new headphones! Horror! There are no service centers in 2022, a year warranty, now only for emissions. The case worked (the lights are flashing), but it charged the ears for 5 minutes and turned off, complete nonsense. The elastic band on the second earpiece came off, superglue to help
