Yes they are cheaper at IKEA but I don't live near IKEA to buy them personally and after paying the shipping costs to IKEA they are about the same price, and Revain ships MUCH faster. (Ikea purchases are usually shipped to me within 7-14 business days, and they are shipped to PRIME via Revain within 2 days). I needed custom shelves for my bathroom and after shopping locally and online they seemed to be the best solution for my needs. They're great in my newly renovated bathroom for storing things that would normally clutter up the counter and keeping them off my countertop. They're strong and wide enough to hold four mason jars, which is excellent. I currently have two shelves, the bottom one with baby cups, toothbrushes and toothpaste and the second one with the everyday toiletries that my husband and I use. We will be buying more to add a third shelf for decorative items to complete the look and probably more storage for my eldest daughter to keep around her bunk bed. (She is on the top bunk). Multiple coats of spray paint and they're fully customizable. Flip one upside down to use as a shelf AND towel holder (or necklace holder, etc.).
