I like best how easy it was set up in our system because we have many clients that use different applications/software but this works well all together so no problems there! The customer service has been great as they always try help us out when needed or just answer questions over email if not possible immediately at time (which can be very helpful sometimes). Sometimes some things you are used too will take longer than expected however its still worth while cause once your done everything flows smoothly from then onwards nothing else needs fixing anymore until next job comes along which makes work flow easier overall!! The customer service is great, the system is easy to use and the software is intuitive. The software is very easy to use and it is very flexible. There are minor issues with the software, but nothing major. I highly recommend Fieldtasks to any company that is looking for a great system to manage their field service business. I have been able to completely automate our business. The software has helped solve many problems that we were having before the software was implemented.
