Great desktop but unfortunately wireless mouse and keyboard are cheap and don't work when they arrive. I even used different batteries than the ones that came with it, but the keyboard only had a soft red light and the mouse didn't respond at all. You need to cut your losses and get a USB mouse and keyboard. I appreciate the customer service, but they only went through the most obvious troubleshooting steps. Would appreciate a partial discount as I didn't want to return the product. The computer is great and offers the clean setup I'm looking for, but a cheap mouse and keyboard ruined it.
