Love this stuff. I've only had it a week so can't say how it will hold up over time but here's what I can tell you. At work I fill it up with crushed ice at 9:30 in the morning and when I leave at 5:30 the ice is still there. The amount of ice depends on how often I refill it throughout the day. Today I took it with me for a trip. Filled up at 9:30 and had some ice left at 7:00. A few things to know before you buy. Only one of the two lids is leakproof. It is with a straw hole. The slider will leak if you tilt it enough to get water on the lid. It's a bit odd to me that the one with the straw hole is the one you want when you toss it in a backpack or holdall because you either have to pack the straw or open the lid to drink. That strikes me as odd, but it doesn't bother me because I don't need leakage protection. It fits in the cup holder on my 2008 Civic. I have 30 ounces and it's big and wide. It's wide enough to hold anything uncomfortable. When I hold on top, my hand doesn't go far enough around the cup. I. I won't stop, but it's unnatural. When I hold the thinner end down it gets a little heavy and doesn't feel natural. I solved this problem by buying a pen from another seller. It fits perfectly and makes it easy to grab. It still fits in my cup holder with a handle. I don't use it for hot drinks so I can't comment on that.
