Excellent drive on internal hard drives

This drive is bloody awesome! Got it to replace my old 750GB backup which is starting to go. Data transfer over USB 3.0 is incredibly fast (compared to USB 2.0) and as I sometimes continue to work on it and carry it around, the incredible durability is a must. The demise of the old backup drive was a recent travel event - a guy didn't care where he was going, rushed through the terminal (to get to the sandwich shop, not his connection) and tripped over my rolling laptop bag. As he stumbled, he kicked him so hard he flew out of my hand and flew half a meter across the lobby. My old backup drive didn't have as much shock protection as this drive and I've had problems with it ever since. With MILSPEC drop testing and the shock resistance of this drive, I don't have to worry about stupid people who can't see a 28" x 10" laptop rolling case right in front of them. Drive a star (I wish I could do half stars because I don't think it's worth putting a whole star) because sometimes Win 7 decides to "lose" the drive and it disappears. Simple solution: just unplug the drive and plug it back in. This never happens during a file transfer; Most often this happens after a reboot or reboot and does not affect the operation of the drive in any way. It's actually annoying, but I don't have to deal with it, especially since my USB 3.0 ports are on the back of my rig and I had to flip my entire rig on its side to compensate for this minor annoyance.
