Excellent product and fantastic customer support

The best thing about this software, it does exactly what its supposed too - help us communicate with our customers! We have been able find out how they feel when we interact or don't as well which helps drive change within an organization that impacts their experience throughout all departments (customer service included).

It's not perfect but I think because of there being so many features you can do just anything if your willing enough time will fly by quickly once u get started using them! There are some things i wish were more detailed/ easier for new users like myself who've had no previous training- maybe add little videos explaining each feature step 1 at first? But other than those minor issues everything has worked great thus far!! Definitely recommend!! Great tool & super user friendly interface makes onboarding very easy peasy.

  • Very helpful tools make communication much smoother between employees n clients alike.
  • Customer Service Depts love having such powerful customer feedback system available right from workstations instead o needing t take breaks away frm desk
