I like this new clock, especially the vibrating little disk that goes under your mattress & shakes the bed a bit to wake you up when the alarm goes off. The only thing that really sucks about this clock is the battery backup does not work whatsoever. I just got this alarm clock out of the box yesterday, tried 2 different batteries that I made sure were good & working but the clock instantly shuts off as soon as it's unplugged, with or without the batteries in it :( Kind of bummed about that, feel like now I have to buy another alarm clock that has a battery backup just in case I lose power (which does tend to happen a lot on my street). Otherwise though it's a decent clock, the night light is really bright so I wouldn't even call it a night light, it's WAY too bright for me to use at night but I like it really dark to sleep too so? The "night light" is very easy to turn off but the buttons to set the time/alarm are all on the back so it wasn't as easy to use just because you need to look at the clock to see what time you're setting it for so you have to blindly hit the buttons in the back. It's not too difficult though & I'm sure after I get used to where the buttons all are, it'll be easier. Overall a decent clock but I'm really bummed the battery backup doesn't work because i have wires going everywhere now & I need to pick up the clock every morning to shut it off so I can't just set it somewhere & hide the wires. If you don't mind the wires everywhere though then it's a decent clock & the cheapest one I could find on Best Buy that had the vibrating disk to shake the bed as well as the loud alarm clock.
