I wish the interior cutouts were painted the correct color but I couldn't find one. This is a good toy overall. I got it when my baby was 9 months old and is now a year old, he's still playing with it and just beginning to figure out how to put the pieces where they belong. Some of the edges of the painted parts are a little worn, and a couple of exposed screws on the underside of the parts are sticking out, so they can scratch things like furniture if you're not careful. I could replace them with flatter screws but that's pretty easy to fix.
