Review on Vemiss by Andy Metzger

I had high hopes for the Vemiss web store, but I was ultimately dissatisfied with my purchases there. The website is simple to use, but I was disappointed by the small and unoriginal assortment of clothing, footwear, and accessories available. The goods I ordered were of poor quality when they arrived. The quality of the components and construction was low. The online description of the size was also inaccurate. In the end, I sent everything back. The lack of helpfulness from the customer service team only made things worse. The answer to my inquiry was slow in coming, and the resolution that was eventually provided was inadequate. It didn't seem like anyone was listening to my worries. As a whole, Vemiss is not an online retailer I suggest. Their goods are of low quality, and so is their support for customers. I will not be returning to that store because of my negative encounter.
