. I bought his printer and was so frustrated I needed a laptop with a CD-ROM drive to install the software. However, I have a laptop but no CD drive and I called the website for assistance and a member of staff helped me download the software onto my laptop until I logged into my laptop. I am very happy with this printer. I printed shipping labels non-stop. Do you need a laptop? Yes. Need a CD drive? no This printer is also very easy to assemble.
