Works great when you rebuild it.
I bought this to give myself a bit more temperature control, when installed correctly it's ok, but if you want more control with more efficiency, go to the ash door, take it out the flap, drill holes to align with an adapter plate, burns coal perfectly, more accurate fire control, blows air through the grate, not over the fire.
