The ease of implementing the software, and the support provided to help implement. We're a small business so we didn't want to pay for support on a higher level than we needed. The software has allowed us to start tracking our revenue and other key metrics. We also have been able to start collecting additional data from our suppliers and customers, which has been very helpful. I cannot think of anything that I dislike about the software. I would definitely recommend this software to other small businesses. We were able to start collecting more data in less time than would have been possible otherwise. The additional support we receive has been very helpful.
