I am 5ft 7in and 130lbs. I ordered a medium size. They were just dangling a bit from the packaging or mailbox when my pair arrived without them. additional packaging or labels. They are of good length. However, keep in mind that they are quite thin, even in places where the fabric hasn't stretched at all, and you'll almost certainly be able to see what type of underwear you're wearing. Also, it stretches so quickly that after wearing it 3 times, it's so loose that it's almost impossible to put it on under another pair of pants. It seems that the elasticity has completely disappeared. I'm afraid to wear them in the dryer, but they're useless as a base layer when they're baggy like that. Do yourself a favor and order either different thermal underwear or at least one size smaller.
