This massages the toes and ball of the foot. There is no pressure on the heel, although there is weak a roller there. The center of the foot gets nothing. If you like your toes, rather than feet, massaged, this would be a good choice. I returned it and got a Carepeutic Ozone Activated Air Pressure Shiatsu Foot Massager with Heat Therapy, 17 Pound instead. The latter works much better and does the whole foot.
