Great product, a pleasure to use.
With all of its perks. The first two times that each knife was used, the meat was sliced cleanly through simply by the weight of the knife and required no additional cutting force. Then, just blades that are very sharp. They almost always have a chic and substantial appearance. Some cons: The set comes with two huge knives that are similar to axes; however, one of them is far heavier than the other. It would be wonderful if one of them could be changed out with something else.
