Nice view but terrible quality

The tie looks very nice. Unfortunately, the zipper does not work smoothly. My son wore a tie for the first and only time to a wedding last weekend. The zipper broke while getting dressed, but we pinned it for the ceremony. Then the zipper won't open. So the tie didn't even wear. Very disappointed.
