Great concept. I wish you didn't have to twist and screw the bottom of the handle to make each burger, you also need to be dead on when making the pocket or one side might be thicker than the other. The bottom often has to be oiled, otherwise the minced meat will stick to it. You can make decent sized burgers, but if you're preparing for a big BBQ, you might need to make the burgers in advance. I think the process might be a bit slow if you had to make hamburgers from scratch for a lot of people. It would be nice if the hollow base was metal so you could just make a burger and throw it all on the grill. The metal will also help prepare the sides, which can be sold in packs of 3, or something else to speed up the cooking process of the hamburger. I'm imagining four holes in the base so you can screw it to something or hang it from something, not sure, but it tends to move
