I have very sensitive feet and bursae near the balls of my feet. (Bursa on the foot is like walking on a big flat stone all the time). So it's hard to stand barefoot in my old porcelain bathtub for more than a minute. What bothered me the most was the feel of the suction cups on this mat, and while I can feel them, they aren't as uncomfortable as many mats I've tried in the past. They are often bought, tested and immediately put into a donation box. However, this rug was relatively comfortable. It's been a few months now and it doesn't slip in the tub and I don't slip even with lots of soap. The only missing star is that it seems to mold faster than usual due to the underside of the "wave" design. I don't get the chance to get it out of the tub to hang every day, so others may not have this problem. All in all a really great product.
