We bought this bath mat because we liked the feature of being able to hang it up for drying/cleaning etc. But the overall comfort of the bath mat was disappointing for our babies. Not soft and not very soft so we decided it wasn't for us.

I love this rug. Before that we had a skip hop kit. Then non-slip stickers. Both have their own problems. Whale suckers just don't stick. Not so with this carpet. I was nervous about buying this for my textured bath but I really needed one for my toddler who slipped in the bath. I took a closer look at my bathtub and saw that it has textured squares but is smooth all around the bottom and also between the squares. I figured if I could glue at least one long edge of the mat (where it's not textured) it might work. I have very sensitive feet and bursae near the balls of my feet. (Bursa on the foot is like walking on a big flat stone all the time). So it's hard to stand barefoot in my old porcelain bathtub for more than a minute.
