The fact of being able to send messages straight from our CRM system was really helpful when we were managing multiple clients. Also having all those emails in one place helped us organize them more efficiently than if they would have been sent separately via email or text. I don't like how some people are not getting notified about new posts unless you subscribe specifically to their blog feed (which isn’t always possible). It's also hard sometimes to keep track of which campaigns/emails should be read first since there aren't any sort of priority settings available yet. We had issues sending out mass texts but Smartpush made this process much easier by allowing me to create bulk messages easily without needing to go through each individual client individually.
